The infrastructure revealed attackers operating like a software product team: using LLMs to bulk-generate phishing lures, write structured README documentation, and systematically test WebDAV delivery techniques including CVE-2025-33053 (working-directory hijacking via iediagcmd.exe). Two campaigns were analyzed — a CURP-themed phishing operation targeting Mexican users that delivered a fileless .NET information stealer via RTLO-spoofed .scr files, and a DlrtyGames campaign deploying a modular .NET RAT through DLL sideloading and process hollowing. The exposed server also leaked the attacker's admin panel ("Simba Service") including credentials and IP, representing a significant OPSEC failure.
