Sysdig is launching 'headless cloud security,' a new operating model that embeds its CNAPP platform capabilities directly into AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex via MCP servers and agent skills. Instead of a traditional dashboard, security workflows — vulnerability management, posture management, runtime threat investigation, and onboarding — are exposed as programmable APIs that AI agents can invoke natively. The approach enables end-to-end remediation from detection to pull request, integrating with tools like Git, Jira, and Slack. Sysdig also addresses securing AI agents themselves, offering runtime monitoring to detect suspicious agent behavior and shadow AI usage. Four workflows are available now for existing Sysdig customers.
