I would like to share a simple and small project I’ve been working on: php-contenv - a simple PHP Container Environment for Development. Inspired from Sail.
Setting up consistent and isolated local development environments for PHP projects can often be a hassle. You need specific PHP versions, Composer, Node.js, various extensions, and sometimes different web servers. Managing these dependencies across multiple projects or team members can become complicated.
<code>php-contenv</code> aims to solve this by providing pre-configured Docker environments that you can easily integrate into any PHP project using Git submodules. This means you don’t need to install PHP, Composer, or Node.js directly on your machine.

Ready-to-Go: Get up and running quickly with pre-configured Dockerfiles for different PHP versions (8.1-8.4) and web servers (Apache, Nginx).

my immediate concern is, you are downloading a <a href="https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.40.3/install.sh" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.40.3/install.sh</a> which is fine, but
a: this is a shallscript you are downloading and running inside your docker container without even checking for checksum.
b: i can’t see what it does because it is rate limited somehow … so yeah
i will check again after you make it possible to see that script :-) cause at this moment , i can’t be sure what it does

now i was able to see the script, you are installing node , wow , at least i assume you are installing node

Why is node there when we are speaking about php containers?
