# Introducing the Claude apps gateway for Amazon Bedrock and Google Cloud

## Summary

Anthropic has launched a self-hosted Claude apps gateway that lets enterprises connect Claude Code to Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud with centralized control. The gateway runs as a stateless container backed by PostgreSQL and handles corporate SSO via OIDC (Google Workspace, Entra ID, Okta), centrally enforced policy and managed settings, per-user telemetry via OTLP, multi-provider routing with failover, and granular spend caps at org/group/user levels. Onboarding and offboarding developers is managed entirely through the company's Identity Provider. Inference traffic stays within the enterprise's infrastructure unless the Claude API is explicitly configured.
