> Agile become with time too rigid. All those meetings done to make process happy, plannings taking 2 hours where stories are written in way "I know what I mean", not doing stuff because "Product not decided yet".

> There are leaders who have experienced Agile principles leading to better results, and there are leaders that have been shown sh*t like SAFe and associate it with Agile, but it's just a bunch of grifters using the word Agile to sell a product, which is the complete opposite of Agile - SAFe is full-fledged bureaucracy system, with no real Accountability anywhere, and if you do a quick search, SAFe doesn't even mention Feedback as a thing anywhere in their model. :D
