# Issue 361: DjangoCon Europe and DjangoCon US 2026 Videos Are Out

**[Django News](https://daily.dev/sources/djangonews)** · 8 min read · 0 upvotes · 0 comments

## Summary

All DjangoCon Europe and DjangoCon US 2026 talks are now live on DjangoTV. Python shipped a second round of expedited security releases (3.15.2, 3.14.10, 3.13.18, 3.12.16, 3.11.18), blocking the compromised eMudhra CA keys in the ssl module and fixing a tarfile.tar_filter bypass. PyPI raised organization project limits to 200 MB per file and 20 GB per project, and capped new version strings at 128 characters. Django 6.1 now supports Python 3.15, and Python's experimental JIT may be removed from CPython's main branch early in the 3.16 cycle after PEP 836 was withdrawn.

## Questions this post answers

### What security fixes are in Python 3.15.2 and 3.14.10?

Python 3.15.2, 3.14.10, 3.13.18, 3.12.16, and 3.11.18 shipped as a second round of expedited security releases. The ssl module now blocks the compromised eMudhra intermediate CA keys outright so pip is protected before you upgrade it. The releases also fix a tarfile.tar_filter bypass using links that replace the destination and reject negative-version cookies in http.cookiejar.

_Developers tracking CPython patch releases can follow security fixes like these via daily.dev._

### What are the new PyPI file and project size limits for organization-owned projects?

Projects owned by a PyPI organization get 200 MB per file and 20 GB per project, double the limits for personal accounts. No action is needed to get the increase. Moving a project out of the organization drops it back to personal limits, though any previously granted increase support stays in place.

_Teams planning package uploads can keep tabs on PyPI policy changes like this through daily.dev._

### Does Django 6.1 support Python 3.15?

Yes, Django 6.1 now supports Python 3.15. This was tracked and merged as ticket #36664 in the Django project's issue tracker.

_Developers planning a Python or Django upgrade can track compatibility changes like this on daily.dev._
