This release drops support for IE 10 and older browsers, migrates the source from AMD to ES modules, adds Trusted Types and CSP support, removes deprecated APIs (like jQuery.trim, jQuery.parseJSON), and updates the focus event order to match the W3C spec. The slim build is now smaller (19.5k gzipped) with Deferreds and Callbacks removed.
