The OSLogWriter now accepts three new optional parameters — subsystem, category, and publicLogging — enabling better log categorization and filtering in iOS via OSLog, and giving developers control over log privacy (since OSLog redacts dynamic strings by default). A new kermit-io module introduces RollingFileLogWriter, which supports writing logs to files using kotlinx-io with configurable automatic rollover and deletion of older log files.
