A freelance web designer shares a studio update covering two client projects: Portico Investments and Lockrose. For Portico, abstract graphic illustrations inspired by Cubism, De Stijl, and Klee were created with a strong architectural feel using diagonal splits and an earthy palette. Designs were then coded in HTML and CSS using Eleventy in a Box, completing page layouts in about a day. For Lockrose, copy revisions were applied to the Netlify-hosted site, with a process illustration section completed. Both projects are nearing final delivery, with favicons and responsive testing still to do.
