Panfrost now has a Gallium driver merged in Mesa and a Linux kernel DRM driver going upstream, supporting Midgard (T-XXX) and Bifrost (G-XX) architectures with EGL, OpenGL ES, Wayland, and media playback. A live demo was shown running on a Rockchip RK3288 Chromebook.
