Users can now opt into dynamic EPP on individual CPU cores by switching to the powersave governor and selecting the 'dynamic' mode via the energy_performance_preference sysfs interface. The old global 'amd_dynamic_epp' module parameter and 'dynamic_epp' sysfs nodes will be removed.
