RippleJS is a new TypeScript UI framework in early development that combines features from React, Solid, and Svelte. It offers reactive state management with track() function and @ syntax, component-based architecture, JSX-like templating, fine-grained rendering for performance, full TypeScript integration, VSCode support, native control flow in templates, scoped CSS styling, and Prettier formatting support.
