Alongside this, the company unveiled the Agent Trust Protocol (ATP), an open cryptographic standard for AI agent identity, scope, and action verification, intended for IETF submission. ATP defines five primitives — identity, scope, attestation, delegation, and revocation — to let systems verify in real time what AI agent they are communicating with and whether it has been tampered with.
