Key changes include a completely rewritten NTFS filesystem driver with full write support, Landlock security module for Unix domain sockets, a rewritten high-resolution-timer core for better scheduler performance, and removal of the swap map subsystem for improved performance. On the Arm side, major updates cover Allwinner, Rockchip, Amlogic, Samsung, Qualcomm (including new Glymur/Mahua/Eliza SoCs), MediaTek, and Raspberry Pi 5.
