Making RubyGems Guides friendly to humans and AI

RubyGems guides have been updated to be more accessible to both humans and AI agents. Three key changes were merged: adding sitemap.xml and robots.txt for crawler access, introducing llms.txt (a 10 KB index with one-line descriptions) and llms-full.txt (a 460 KB full-text corpus of all guides), and serving raw Markdown for every page via a .md URL suffix. The content itself was also overhauled — reorganized into Getting Started, Guides, Concepts, and Reference sections, with full-text search via Pagefind and updated material replacing outdated references. These changes are part of Ruby Central's Project DREAM initiative to make Ruby infrastructure AI-ready.
