The group is led by partners Andrew Velzen and Aaron Gin, whose technical backgrounds include electromagnetics, optics and nanotechnology. It will offer patent preparation and prosecution, portfolio management, licensing and litigation services to startups, universities, research institutions, government contractors and Fortune 100 companies.
