These sensors support configurable measurement down to 2 bar and target EV thermal management and AI data center liquid cooling applications. They combine a suspended-cantilever MEMS element with signal processing in a factory-calibrated SOIC16 package, offering glycol compatibility, overvoltage protection up to 40V, and ±0.5% full-scale lifetime accuracy.
