The fund is split evenly between founders working with Merantix from the pre-idea stage at its Berlin AI Campus and direct pre-seed/seed investments. The firm plans around 40 investments with cheques of €1m–€3m, targeting industry-specific AI applications in logistics, manufacturing, energy, finance, healthcare, life sciences, robotics, and enterprise software. Limited partners include Union Investment, Jungheinrich, KPMG Germany, and two US philanthropies.
