The ESU program already received one 6-month extension (Period 2) after the original end-of-support date, but Microsoft is now firm that no additional extensions will follow. IT admins are advised to upgrade to Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) via in-place upgrade from Exchange 2019, or migrate to Exchange Online/Microsoft 365.
