The modern AMD open-source graphics driver stack (AMDGPU/AMDKFD) has surpassed six million lines of C code and header files in Linux 7.0, up from four million lines less than four years ago. This milestone coincides with Linux 7.0-rc1 and includes new support for upcoming AMD graphics hardware.
