Momentic has launched a major platform update introducing an agentic quality platform designed to keep software verification pace with AI-accelerated development. The platform features a shared knowledge base that ingests context from Jira, GitHub, Slack, and support docs to understand how a product works. Key capabilities include an Explore Agent that automatically identifies coverage gaps and proposes new tests by monitoring pull requests, and a Failure Classification Agent that categorizes test failures as real bugs, intended changes, setup issues, or transient errors — and opens PRs with fixes when appropriate. Tests are written in plain English using an intent-based format readable by both humans and AI. In beta, the platform analyzed over 70,000 test failures, opened 400 PRs, and wrote 600 tests with a 73% merge rate.
