The next-generation CollectionView2 (CV2) now lands on Windows using WinUI's ItemsRepeater, joining existing Android, iOS, and Mac Catalyst implementations with full support for grouping, selection, snapping, and incremental loading. Android Shell is reimplemented using standard MAUI handlers, replacing renderer-based classes. HybridWebView JavaScript interop switches from reflection to a source generator, enabling Native AOT and trimming compatibility. New MediaPicker recovery APIs handle Android process recreation during camera or picker sessions.
