Teams on self-hosted runners or larger runners with Azure private networking must update their network allowlists. The new endpoints are: api.business.githubcopilot.com for Business, api.enterprise.githubcopilot.com for Enterprise, and api.individual.githubcopilot.com for Pro and Pro+.
