A new open-source community-built skill for IBM Bob (an agentic software development tool) that interfaces with IBM watsonx Orchestrate is introduced. The skill optimizes developer productivity by providing on-demand resource loading, concise AI-tailored instructions, standardized project directory structures, and CLI reference documentation. It covers the full agent SDLC including scaffolding, importing assets in dependency order, testing multi-turn conversations against live Orchestrate environments, and interfacing with native watsonx Orchestrate APIs. The skill supports Orchestrate ADK 2.12.0 and can route requests through the ADK MCP server or fall back to direct CLI execution.
