Nourish is a new Wayland compositor that offers an infinite zooming and panning workspace, removing the constraint of screen-size boundaries. It uses Vulkan for rendering with an OpenGL ES fallback for older hardware, and has been tested on AMD, Intel, and NVIDIA open-source and proprietary drivers. The compositor is built on top of y5, a Rust-based Wayland compositor that leverages Smithay, WGPU, and Iced. Wayland fractional scaling is used to keep zoomed content sharp. Binary packages are currently available for Fedora Linux.
