It supports dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (2.4/5 GHz) and BLE 5.4, includes 8MB NOR flash, an integrated PCB antenna, and NXP EdgeLock security features such as secure boot, hardware cryptography, and PUF-based key management. The module measures 25.5×18×3.16 mm and targets smart appliances, home automation, industrial gateways, and medical devices. A companion FRDM-RW610FML development board is also offered. Both are currently listed as preproduction with no pricing announced.
