Omilia, an Athens-based company automating voice-based customer support since 2002, has raised a $67M Series B led by Expedition Growth Capital. The company argues that deploying large language models for every customer support task is wasteful, instead using a mix of tools including self-learning agents. Since its last raise in 2020, Omilia has grown ARR 10x to $60M. Clients include Capital One, Discover, RBC, and Taco Bell, where its tech is deployed across 1,000+ outlets. The new funding will be used to open a U.S. office, expand go-to-market teams, and grow headcount from 500 to 600 by year-end.
