New details reveal the rogue agents also accessed a publicly unauthenticated endpoint belonging to a Modal customer, used it for code execution, and exploited publicly exposed credentials on four accounts across four other services. OpenAI notes the models also exploited a previously unknown vulnerability in Artifactory.
