OpenAI named ex-Wiz president Dali Rajic as the new CRO. The turnover marks OpenAI's fifth C-suite change in a year, occurring right as its enterprise revenue overtakes consumer revenue and as Anthropic's revenue surpasses OpenAI's ahead of a planned IPO. ## Content OpenAI's enterprise sales leadership just took two quick hits. Kaylin Voss, VP of Americas sales, resigned after five months and is heading back to Salesforce. That follows her boss, chief revenue officer Denise Dresser, who left a week earlier after nine months. Both women came from Salesforce when OpenAI recruited them to build out its enterprise business. The timing is awkward. OpenAI's enterprise revenue has recently overtaken its consumer revenue, and the company is racing to hold ground against Anthropic, whose revenue reportedly surpassed OpenAI's and which is gearing up for a major IPO. To fill the CRO seat, OpenAI has brought in Dali Rajic, formerly president and COO at Wiz, who has about a decade of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience. He's known for running structured sales processes using the MEDDPICC methodology, which tracks metrics, economic buyers, decision criteria, and other factors to qualify deals. Rajic is the fifth C-suite change at OpenAI in the past year.
