Key improvements include: Oxygen icons returning to the KDE Frameworks release cycle with monthly updates and improved tray icon consistency; Dolphin file manager visual fixes including navigation bar and status bar rendering; window decoration glow fixed for fractional scaling; missing titlebar buttons added; the Oxygen global theme split into Oxygen Light and Oxygen Dark variants; a new official Oxygen Dark color scheme; the Air global theme restored; and two classic KDE wallpapers (Air and Horos) updated to modern resolutions. Future plans include accent color support, monochrome/colorful icon toggle, and extending Oxygen theming to other toolkits via the Union CSS-based style engine.
