Estuary has released major updates to its PostgreSQL connectors for production-grade CDC use cases. Key additions include read-only CDC mode that eliminates the need to write to a watermarks table, support for capturing from PostgreSQL standby replicas (PostgreSQL 16+), IAM authentication for AWS, GCP, and Azure deployments, and a new setting to capture partitioned tables as individual streams for fine-grained pipeline control.
