Prosus has launched ToqanClaw, a no-code platform that lets small business owners build apps, dashboards, and automations through plain-language conversations. Built on Prosus's internal Toqan AI platform, it routes tasks across 20+ AI models and keeps customer data under user control, positioning itself as a privacy-conscious alternative to OpenClaw-style tools. The platform targets Prosus's 5 million+ merchants, restaurants, and entrepreneurs who lack technical teams. Prosus also launched Zapia, a consumer AI assistant with 6 million users, into wider release. Both launches coincided with Prosus Forward, the company's inaugural product event, where it pitched owning customer data and relationships as its core competitive advantage.
