The new dynamic mode calculates load across all nodes when a host becomes operational again and supports automatic rebalancing with configurable thresholds. The update also adds an HA disarm mechanism with two modes — Freeze (pauses state changes without shutting down nodes) and Ignore (disables HA tracking entirely for full cluster shutdowns) — making maintenance safer.
