The Raspberry Pi 5 (8GB) now costs ~$130, up from its original ~$80 launch price in 2023. The Raspberry Pi 500+ saw the steepest hike at $150 more than its previous price. Compute Modules and AI HAT+ accessories also saw increases. To offset affordability concerns, Raspberry Pi introduced a new 3GB RAM variant of the Pi 4 Model B at $83.75, 15% cheaper than the current 4GB model.
