A retrocomputing enthusiast recreated one of the earliest Hackintosh builds, tracing the scene back to the 1980s rather than the more commonly known Intel era. Using a Macintosh SE motherboard as the only original Apple component, the build follows late-80s publications that documented how to assemble a Mac from PC parts. The case is 3D-printed in period-appropriate beige filament, while modern conveniences like a VGA output card, SD card reader, and a compact power supply are incorporated alongside an original floppy drive.
