Hugo v0.160.0 is a patch/minor release with three bug fixes: Position issues, double-escaping of ampersands in Goldmark link URLs, and stray quotes from partial decorators in script context. Improvements include support for @import "hugo:vars" for CSS custom properties in css.Build, extended .Position handling in Goldmark render hooks, and internal test refactoring. Several dependency bumps are also included.
