Key new features include Narrator image descriptions now working on all Windows 11 devices via Copilot, the ability to toggle Smart App Control without a clean install, an improved Settings About page and Home page device info card, modern pen settings with Copilot key integration, File Explorer improvements including Voice Typing support when renaming files, display enhancements supporting refresh rates above 1000 Hz, and USB4 monitor power savings during sleep.
