Report: ICE Using Palantir Tool That Feeds On Medicaid Data

ICE is using a Palantir-developed tool called ELITE that aggregates Medicaid and other government data to identify and locate potential deportation targets. The system creates maps, dossiers, and confidence scores for addresses.
