It follows their earlier Tool Registry release, which tracked AI spending across model providers, APIs, and orchestration layers. AI Outcomes introduces a shared unit of measurement connecting AI operational costs to business outcomes like conversions, escalations, or deflections. The system captures both execution status and business outcome, supports multi-agent workflows, and tracks human review steps to measure autonomy rates. The goal is to produce a true profit and loss statement for every AI agent in production, enabling enterprises to move beyond token dashboards and observability tools to justify AI spend with concrete business metrics.
