The Arm AGI CPU features up to 136 Neoverse V3 cores in a dual-chiplet design, TSMC 3nm manufacturing, 12-channel DDR5 memory with sub-100ns latency, and a 1OU dual-node reference design packing 272 cores per server unit. Ubuntu 26.04 LTS brings Linux kernel 7.0 with 15-year support, first-ever Arm64 kernel livepatching, Rust integration in system components (sudo-rs, coreutils), and hardware-enforced security via MTE.
