Rust Coreutils 0.10 has been released by the uutils project, now passing 93.48% of GNU Test Suite cases — an all-time high, up by 20 more cases. The release includes a second round of security hardening with TOCTOU fixes, safe recursive descent corrections, and SELinux labels applied at creation for mkdir/mkfifo/mknod. New features include mv --exchange for atomic path swapping and rm --one-file-system support. Panics and aborts have been removed from several core utilities, and various performance and error message improvements are included.
