Indian fintech Navi, founded by Flipkart co-founder Sachin Bansal, has raised $100 million from Prosus, its first institutional funding since being founded in 2018. The deal values Navi at about $1.3 billion, down from a $2 billion valuation sought in 2024. Navi is reportedly preparing an IPO to raise roughly $314 million, having previously abandoned a $440 million IPO attempt in 2022 amid a market slump. The company is India's fourth-largest UPI app by transaction volume and reported ₹30.91 billion in revenue with a ₹4.66 billion net loss for the fiscal year ended March 2026, while claiming consolidated profitability in Q4.
