Notably, Salesforce is not acquiring Clockwise's technology — only its people. The Clockwise service will shut down on March 27, with all user data deleted. The team will join Salesforce under Gary Lerhaupt, a Clockwise cofounder who is now VP of product architecture for Agentforce, to work on agent interoperability and orchestration.
