SCINTIX P4 (RM-CMP4) is an ESP32-P4-based compute module in Raspberry Pi CM4/CM5 form factor, featuring a dual-core RISC-V processor at 400 MHz, 32MB PSRAM, 32MB flash, Fast Ethernet, and wireless connectivity via an onboard ESP32-C6 module. It uses the same 100-pin Hirose B2B connectors as the CM4/CM5, enabling partial compatibility with existing carrier boards — supporting MIPI CSI/DSI, USB 2.0, 100Mbps Ethernet, and GPIOs, but lacking HDMI and PCIe. Software support includes ESP-IDF, Arduino, and PlatformIO. The module is heading to Crowd Supply as a crowdfunding campaign, with no video demo or released firmware yet. It is claimed to be the first MCU-based SoM in the CM4/CM5 form factor.
