SEALSQ, working with its French ASIC design subsidiary IC'Alps, is progressing its QASIC initiative to embed post-quantum cryptography directly into customer-owned application-specific semiconductor architectures. The effort targets cybersecurity, medical devices, and automotive systems that require long-term protection against future quantum-computing threats. A first QASIC prototype is planned for 2026, part of SEALSQ's broader post-quantum semiconductor strategy spanning catalog ICs, custom ICs and security IP, and secure system architectures, supported by an international 'Quantum Corridor' ecosystem across several countries.
