Seedcamp raises $320M for its new fund to expand its US footprint

Seedcamp has closed its largest fund to date at $320 million, split between a $220 million early-stage vehicle (Fund VII) and a new $100 million growth-stage follow-on fund called Select. After 18 years focused on Europe, the firm is expanding its US presence to better connect European portfolio companies with American customers and investors. Fund VII targets 100–120 startups with ~$1M first checks, while Select will deploy $3–5M per check at Series B and beyond. LPs include British Business Bank, HarborVest, Schroders, Sofina, and 80 portfolio founders. Seedcamp has 12 unicorns across 550+ portfolio companies, including Revolut, UiPath, and Wise.
