Linear completed a $99 million tender offer at a $2.5 billion valuation, letting current and former employees sell vested equity. Investors Accel and 01A returned, joined by new investors Salesforce Ventures and S32. The company says it is cashflow positive and raised the round to give employees liquidity rather than for capital needs. Linear also shared growth metrics: over $100 million in ARR, more than 40,000 paying companies, 177% net revenue retention, and enterprise customers like Salesforce and Figma. It highlighted its agent platform, with agents now installed in 95% of paid workspaces and generating 50% of created work, up from 3% a year prior. The company says it will keep growing its team, with over 30 open roles.
