Four new commands are available: /shift:analyze to determine which Shift to run next, /shift:run to trigger a Shift against your repo, /shift:review to process the resulting PR, and /shift:refactor for one-off code refactors via Shift Workbench. A demo shows a complete upgrade to Laravel 13 and Livewire 4 in 15 minutes with no manual steps and without opening an IDE.
