Datadog Synthetic Monitoring has introduced two new capabilities to improve troubleshooting across user journeys: Test Suites and AI Failure Summaries. Test Suites let teams group related API, browser, mobile, and network tests into workflow-level health signals with impact-based alerting, reducing noise from individual test failures. AI Failure Summaries use LLMs to analyze failed test runs and explain in plain language what failed, why, and what remediation steps to take. A real-world example shows how a global tech organization used these features to diagnose sporadic SSO login failures caused by expired tokens, avoiding unnecessary on-call alerts and creating a repeatable diagnostic workflow.
