The finished design uses extruded aluminum rails with an embedded PCB and pogo pins for wireless connections, a heat pipe to dissipate LED heat, an ESP32 controlling a dedicated driver for a high-CRI Cree LED, and a rotating bearing base available in freestanding or clamp variants.
